PhotoWeave uses stripe effects to create a variety of fabric patterns on images, including plaids. It includes "wafting" and "wefting" with up to 16 different yarn colors or the option of using a color ramp.

The pattern can be repeated independently on the x and y axes, and the pattern grid is customizable. User can select yarn thickness and edge opacity for ultra-realistic rendering and also adjust/create the weave itself, including assymetrical weaving etc.
