PEnGUIn TooKit can encode H264, AVI, MP3 for compatible with PMP_MUXER and PMP_DEMUXER.

In fact, PEnGUIn is a frontend for mencoder (with x264 pacthed, thanks of Jonny's efforts!!).
So you have to download mencoder binaries seperately.
