Often we get the inclination to script an app while we're in the midst of using it. At these times, it can mean launching Script Editor, choosing the painfully slow "Open Dictionary" dialog, and sifting through hundreds of scriptable apps to find the one you are trying to examine.

The Open This App Dictionary script does all of this for you incredibly quickly and with incredibly little script code. It simply asks what the frontmost app is, and then asks Script Editor to open its dictionary. Unfortunately, it seems to be incompatible with Apple's Script Menu.
