Fixed markup rounding on items that cost less than $0.02
Fixed display of 9-digit Estimate and Invoice totals
Set from Previous Week in Time Sheets now omits Sick/Vacation/Holiday time by default
Fixed email icon in Personnel (for home and work email addresses)
Fixed Actual Time Detail from the Job will now display an alert if no time has been posted
Time variances now round to 4 decimal digits.
