Obelisk3 is the easiest to use, most powerful professional DJ system designed specifically for Mac OS X.

Obelisk is the only professional DJ system for Mac OS X that offers 8 players for truly creating your own custom mixes.

The "iTunes" of DJ software, Obelisk is designed from the ground up to be a Mac OS X application, not a turn table emulator.

Obelisk 3 has full support for multiple sound output devices giving you the control you need to professionally cue music, mix in samples, and do beat matching. Obelisk also offers full support for a wide variety of media formats including MP3, MOV, AIFF, MPEG, WAV, and many more.

Limitations:
You are only allowed to add 3 tracks in each play list.

What's New:
Multiple sound output device support!
There are three settings for the Master Output device and the Monitor Device for each player. They are:
Mac OS X Audio HAL - Selecting this uses whatever is selected in system prefs.
Mac OS X Audio HAL (System) - This is always the built-in output.
Firewire DV - Firewire out
Improved stability and performance.
Playlists can now be sorted by Play Order, Time, Title, Artist, and Album.
You can sort in both ascending and descending order by clicking the header cell you want to sort on.
Full support for all Quicktime compatible files including AIFF, AU, AVI, DV, MIDI, MPEG-1, MP3, MOV, Sound, Wave, and more!
You can now drop folders onto the play lists and Obelisk will automatically search down through every file and folder, adding every supported file.
You can now drag and drop from one player to another.
Currently playing player is now indicated with a small red sphere in the upper right corner of the player.
Windows now remember their position and size.
When adding files to a play list they are now added in the same order they appear in the finder.
Time now displays to the 1/100th of a second. And the "back" and "forward" buttons will step in 1/100th increments to allow the most precise track positioning.
You can now search the play lists by typing text into the "search" field.
Improved Auto Fading reliability and accuracy.
You can have Obelisk randomly select the next track in either playlist.
Playlists indicate how many tracks are being displayed and the total number of tracks loaded.

Requirements:
500mhz G3
1024x768 minimum display resolution.
