Newton's Method enables you to find the real solutions of f(x) = 0 for a real function f(x).

"Newton's Method" is an application for a PowerPC Macintosh which, using the Newton-Raphson Method, enables you to find the real solutions of f(x) = 0 for a real function f(x). It also acts as a function evaluator to an accuracy of about 15 significant figures. You can enter a wide variety of functions for f(x).
