Mr. Tides is a tide and current prediction program, based (loosely) on the X-Window program "XTide", but written in REALBasic, not C/C++. Mr. Tides can read the harmonics and offsets files used by XTide, so it is what XTide calls a "non-port".

Mr. Tides uses a map interface to show tide and current stations all over the world (except the United Kingdom, which does not want anyone predicting their tides). By clicking on these stations the day, week, or month tides or currents can be displayed for any date between 1970 and 2037.

As with all navigation software, you should not depend on this program as your sole means of navigation.
The wise navigator uses all sources possible.

Mr. Tides uses the tide algorithm and data derived by the U.S. Government, so the output is a prediction. It will sometimes not be accurate. Use at your own risk, and keep in mind that it may not match reality.

What's New:
Fixed the nagging display bug with substations that would sometimes result in odd humps in the display.
Fixed a bug with the clock view and minus tides that wouldn't display the full range of the minus tide.
Fixed a bug where the menu wouldn't allow you to open the substation's reference station.
Limited the tide values display for the day to be only for that day.
