MiirrorX is a utility like rsync that allows you to mirror and synchronize remote directories and files so they are the same on multiple computers.

It currently supports AppleTalk and FTP mirroring across machines. It also support AppleScript scheduling, so you can automate MirrorX tasks withing more complicated solutions.
