Mail Pictures (EA X) is an Entouarge AppleScript that scales & emails pics from iPhoto & Finder with Entourage X.

Also includes a similar droplet which uses GraphicConverter to scale the pictures and then save them in a format suitable for posting to the WWW (removes unneeded resources to reduces file size).
