What's New:
MacRPM
NavigationLib used for file placement instead of StandardPutFile
Menus altered to reflect cancellation of planned future features
Smaller application memory footprint (about 500 kilobytes of RAM vs 1 MB before)
Cancelling during the extraction process now deletes partially extracted file
Progress bar when extracting is now redrawn correctly
A few minor bug fixes.
MacCPIO
MacCPIO now requires MacOS 8.5 or later due to dependencies on newer Toolbox functions
