Requirements:
QuickTime Pro (Apple $30)
QuickTime Mpeg2 playback component (Apple $20)
QuickTime Mpeg2 export component (comes with DVDSP $1K)
MediaPipe with the November QuickTime Decoder pipe (free)
(http://mediapipe.sourceforge.net/) don't forget the newer QT Decoder pipe.
The mp2 encoder requires Apple Developer Tools.
