LinkMenu is a global "menu bar" which contains URLs.

The menu bar can hold up to 16* menus, each with 64* URLs (menu items).

Though the official system requirements is OS X 10.3, it can, theorectically, run on OS 10.2.
That version is not officially supported and I will not do any bug fixes for that version.
It is now a universal binary (ie it is Intel Mac native).
Note : this is the last version I will release unless I start getting purchases. I have other projects I want to do and I will not do any more development unless it is worth my time.
