indispensable means to ensure professional websites, for private users
as well as for companies.
LinkByLink in its updated version 1.0.4 addresses these and other tasks,
independent of the platform. Be it Windows, Mac OS X (PowerPC and Intel),
Linux, FreeBSD or another UNIX flavor.
The software and the user's manual are available in English and in German.

The results of a website check can be exported in XML, HTML and CSV, and
can be filtered by regular expressions. The integrated HTML source code
browser helps finding the exact location of an error in the HTML sources.
Accessing secure websites is supported by a certificate and authentication
manager. The number of parallel connections can be configured globally and
on a per-host basis, which ensures an optimum of performance and makes use
of the special features provided by modern multi-core processors.

LinkByLink is available as Standard Edition and as Pro Edition.
The Standard Edition addresses private users, whereas the Pro Edition
offers numerous additional features for advanced users and companies.
A validating parser is included, which verifies the structure of your
HTML. A mode without a graphical user interface is ideal for automated
tests. The results can be stored in an SQL database or can automatically
be forwarded by email. Additionally, the communication with the web server
can be recorded in order to analyze communication problems.
