The light-weight card game for Mac OS X that lets you play anything you like? Say bonjour to... Joueur.
Joueur is the perfect card game. Put simply, there are no rules. We provide the cards, you play the game. If you know the rules to a card game, chances are you'll be able to play it with Joueur. If there's two of you using Joueur on a local network, you can play a game together - we call it Bonjour Joueurs! ("Hello Players!")
There are many card games for Macintosh available out there - some of them are awesome. But often the games you'd like to play include rules or elements that are simply not accommodated by some software. For example, there are hundreds of variations on the game of Rummy. So what if you enjoy playing Russian-Three-Meld-Strip-Rummy-With-No-Aces-High? What about it's more obscure variant, Russian-Three-and-a-Half-Meld-Strip-Rummy-With-Only-Aces-High-and-Uttoxeter-Rules-on-a-Thursday-Afternoon? Do you wait for a shareware author to publish a Rummy game that allows these variations? Does such a shareware author actually exist to rise to this mighty challenge? Or do you simply launch Joueur?
If your game makes use of a pack of cards or two, you can play it using this software.
