Enables server-side or client-side applications and services to send and receive rich text instant messages, presence, files, and participate in multi-user conferences.

JBuddy currently supports public IM and enterprise IM services including AIM, ICQ, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk, other Jabber/XMPP servers, and IBM Lotus Sametime with one common API.
