iBlog Backup is an AppleScript that provides an easy way to back up your iBlog powered blog to another folder, or a remote volume such as your iDisk, a fileserver etc.

Not intended as a substitute for a good backup regime, but a quick way to ensure your iBlog stuff is safe.

Requirements:
iBlog 1.2 or later - may also work with earlier versions but has not been tested.
