What's New:
Based on HackTV Carbon 1.2.
Removes specific resolutions
adds full screen option
allows video source to be added after launch
monitors at "high" quality. (The original is even more naff.)

Requirements:
Unlike HackTV Carbon, HTV will probably not run on OS 9.
Tested on 10.2 and will probably work on any OS X version. Let me know if you find otherwise.
