gaiw (Grace ASCII Import Wizard) is a cross-platform, Qt -based GUI allowing Grace users to create 2D XY plots from ASCII data files very easily.

The idea behind is to provide an intuitive, convenient, user-friendly GUI that makes the initial creation of complex plots from ASCII data files a breeze.

For MacOSX it comes in two "flavours": gaiw2grace - calls xmgrace in the X11 environment. gaiw2pdf - which uses gracebat to completely bypass X11 and produce directly a PDF which is opend in Apple's preview, where it can be renamed and saved. For further information see included readmes.
