GoodNight is a utility for Mac OS X, that watches your down- or upload speed. If speed drops to (or below) a user defined value, it sends your Mac to sleep. So just start your dowload, or upload and go to bed. Your Mac will too, when it is finished.

This beta version of GoodNight runs without registration. It will expire on October 1st, 2006. Before this date, the final version will be available. The final version will need registration.

Requirements:
Tested with Mac OS X 10.4.7 on PPC and Intel (Universal Binary)
Will not run on 10.3.9. If there is demand, the developer may consider making a separate 10.3.9-compatible version.
