Get Vers is a version data of command that allows you to get the version information of the specified file. Unlike 'version' property in the Finder, this command returns the data in version type. The Mac OS X version also supports bundle (that includes package).

This osax also adds capability to coerce data of the 'version' type to VersionProps type that is a record of properties.
That allows you to get properties of the 'version' class that are not defined yet in AppleScript.
