xDBC Improvements
Fixed a problem that caused network problem and a connection to be closed when double quotation marks (“) are used to enclose a character string.
When “Field Access” is set to NONE, the correct errors are returned for SELECT and DELETE statements.
The connection is no longer closed when executing SELECT on a field from a table that has been deleted.
JDBC: Prepared statements for DATE, TIME, and TIMESTAMP bindings no longer return an error. ODBC: Prepared statements for DATE, TIME, and TIMESTAMP bindings no longer return an empty result set.
JDBC: setTime(int, Time) no longer causes executeUpdate() to return the error message “[DataDirect][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC Socket][DataDirect][ODBC FileMaker driver]String data, right truncated. Error in parameter 1.”
In manual commit mode Update when Unique constraint violation now returns an error immediately.
