Simply select the messages you'd like to update and run Entourage Update Message Categories. It will find the sender's address in each one, match it up to your contact list, set the message category accordingly.

If you have duplicate contacts, your messages will be set to match the first contact found.

I couldn't find a script like this. My inbox is full of mail messages that have the category "none" and some of them were miscategorized because I changed my Entourage address book. Now I select all the messages, click the script and everything gets organized.
