Features:
Insert whitespace around operators ("+" becomes " + ")
Merge or split up and sort DIM statements
Capitalize keywords
Replace comment markers with other ones (thanks to Brendan Murphy)
Change RGB color constants between their two formats (RGB(x,x,x) and &cRRGGBB)

Limitations:
10 seconds startup delay.
