BCC All (Entourage) opens up a new draft message window based on the selected received message, sent by original sender to several recipients, so you can "reply to all" with only the original sender in the To: field, and all original To recipients (except yourself) and original CC recipients now in the BCC: field.

Users who wish to suppress the full list of e-mail addresses as originally sent – particularly if you are adding new recipients yourself and need to protect others' privacy – can do so with this script.

Requirements:
Akua Sweets 1.3.8 or higher.
Microsoft Entourage.
