BCE is a little app that I wrote in my spare time when I first got a barcode reader. It's designed to help with looking up informaton on books and other items with barcodes.
BCE supports the UPC-a, ISBN and Borders BINC barcode formats.
Scanning a barcode with an ASCII barcode scanner, or inputing the code data manually, brings up a little window with all the information obtainable from the barcode, and options for places online to look up information. BINC codes also present which store it was purchased from.
