The Athlete's Diary is a multisport computer log. You can log yourtraining, view it in a variety of formats, and analyze it to yourheart's content. You an also use the software to plan your futuretraining.
The Athlete's Diary is a standalone program, not a templatefor another program like Microsoft Excel; nor is it based on anydatabase engine, such as dBase. Because of this, all three versions arequite small, extremely fast, and highly tuned to the desired task.
Thisdemo is almost identical to the full-featured version; the onlydifference is that any log that you create with the demo is limited to amaximum of 25 entries. After you register, you continue with the samelog; it's not necessary to start over.
