Asticones lets you display the icons (or icns files) of the sub-folders of a folder, as if they were albums in iPhoto.

You can dynamically change the size to display the icons at, select one and create a file with that icon, or drag and drop files to paste the icon on them all.

Here are some key features of "Asticones":
see your icons with a colored background
export an icon by pasting it on a new file
export an icon as an image file
create an icon representing an image preview
erase a file’s custom icons.
