AppDog is a software watchdog program, checking if specified other programs are running, and restarting them if required. Hanging applications can be killed and restarted automatically. With an extra hardware connected to a serial port, an administrator can be alarmed if Windows hangs or other severe problems occur. Also includes a file backup function with configurable interval.
