Anything to QT Mp3 is a small AppleScript droplet to change the type of a document to "Mp3" and the creator to "TVOD'.

In other words: if you download an Mp3 it could be that the Quicktime Player doesn't want to open it. In that case drop the file on this droplet. If that doesn't work, it just is not an Mp3, or it is a bad file.
