WinRider is a nice program, which scrolls your colored text on your desktop window. You can specify the speed of the text, it's vertical position on desktop,change direction of scrolling - left or right, and select the font of the text, where you can specify typeface, italic, bold, size of the text & its color. Now it is possible to select file as source. WinRider will scroll each string from the file.
This program is shareware, which means you can download and use WinRider 2.0 for free during 30-days trial period. After this period you gonna have to buy WinRider 2.0 software for $24.95 or uninstall the program. WinRider 2.0 supports English interface languages and works with Windows 98/Vista.
