Virtual TimeClock Professional is time and attendance software that runs on your computer.
It is a cost effective and secure replacement for mechanical employee time clocks and paper time card systems.
Virtual TimeClock Pro instantly and accurately tracks worker start and stop times and any number of tasks for virtually any payroll period. A powerful Timecard Report Writer quickly prints detail and summary reports totaled by worker, department or task.
Virtual TimeClock runs on Microsoft Windows®, Macintosh Classic® (OS 9) and Macintosh OS X® computers. Any combination of Mac and Windows TimeClocks on a network provides company wide TimeClock access to workers and management.
Using Virtual TimeClock Pro involves five main windows: The TimeClock, The Entry Editor, The Timecard Report Writer, Messaging, and Administration. The following sections provide a brief overview of each window's basic use and function.
MacTimeClock can be ran as needed or in the background of a departmental Mac. Alternately, many current users are running MacTimeClock as a dedicated program on older, otherwise unused Macs in a centrally located time area.
