TranCiph is a Library based text trans-ciphering tool. It has the ability to convert plain text between binary, ASCII, morse, hex as well as oct, and of course plain text.

It also allows the conversion of numbers up to 10^10 to and from binary, oct, decimal and hex format.

TranCiph's power relies in the fact that the user may create his own completely customized libraries, thus extending TranCiph's functionality to his desires. TranCiph can be of great value to every home user, developers, editors, and students.
