SHARM is a software tool that lets you explore relaxation, self-hypnosis, and altered states of consciousness. Build your own customized session for relaxation, self-hypnosis and mediation, using new features for easy session construction with powerful psycho-acoustic sound tracks. Design the session according to the goals you wish to accomplish. Listen to the session directly from within SHARM, or generate a sound file to be played later.
This program is shareware, which means you can download and use SHARM 2.4 for free during 30-days trial period. After this period you gonna have to buy SHARM 2.4 software for $50.00 or uninstall the program. SHARM 2.4 supports English interface languages and works with Windows 98/XP/Vista.
Latest SHARM 2.4 does not contain any spyware and/or advertise modules, allowing installing it with no worries concerning valuable information loss.

Pros: I never got beyond the trial version... sadly - it looked sooo good
Cons: Just to share the abysmal experience I had when attempting to BUY 2.6.1 from SHARM. Sadly they use share-it! which is a branch of Digital River. Despite FOUR attempts to purchase using three different cards (all good!) all four failed 'card failed'... between times I used the same cards for other web purchases no probs!
Worse still they took over two days to reply to emails, and even then had not read
