Pencil is a simple animation planning program for OS X 10.4.

It should help character animators quickly plan out a shot and allow easy timing adjustments.

Refer to homepage or README for more information.

Here are some key features of "Pencil":
Timeline (create, move and delete keys, edit timeline length)
Real-time timeline scrubbing and playback with adjustable fps
Basic drawing tools (pencil, eraser, color, width, clear screen)
Static background layer
Onion skinning
Save/Load
Export to Image Sequence
Export to Movie (Mirror) - 10.4 Only.

Limitations:
Drawing area is of a fixed 640x480 size.
Animations must start at frame 0. You'll notice that's the only key you can't move/delete. Frame 0 is always there!
Save/Load *might* have some problems.
Copy/Paste/Undo don't exist (yet?)
Timeline scrubbing ain't proper when scrubbing backwards(again, yet?)
Various other limitations, as we said -> animation *planning* application!

What's New:
Timeline improvements
Savefile improvements
Exposure sheet export
Sound playback
Hotkeys
Preferences panel.
