The Nuendo DTS Encoder incorporates the DTS Coherent Acoustics audio compression algorithm. With DTS being one of the world's leading surround formats, it is good to know that encoding Nuendo or Cubase projects to the DTS format is only a few mouse clicks away.

As one of the world’s leading surround formats, DTS is featured on over 20,000 movie screens worldwide as well as countless home theater, PC and game console products and 5.1 Music, DVD-Audio and Video discs.

Using the Nuendo DTS Encoder couldn't be easier. Seamless integration into the Nuendo export dialog makes assembling DTS 5.1 files simple and straightforward. All routines are automated, you merely need to specify the desired format anywhere between mono and 5.1 surround. The resulting DTS files are placed in the directory of your choice, ready for you to begin the authoring stage.

An integrated option to export as DTS WAV files allows the burning of encoded files to CD for playback of a DTS stream via the digital output of any CD player. The Nuendo DTS Encoder will also create additional discreet WAV files of the exported audio corresponding to the number of encoded channels and automatically created new tracks in the Nuendo or Cubase project.

As a result, Nuendo DTS Encoder allows the monitoring of the encoded result on a per channel basis. The track(s) routed or panned to a certain surround channel will be audible in the corresponding monitor file.

Here are some key features of "Nuendo DTS Encoder":
Variety of formats from mono up to 5.1 surround
44.1 and 48 kHz and 24 Bit supported
DTS signal as a .wav file ready to burn a 5.1 mix to CD
Contains license for DVD Video and CD productions
