General Edit Lite is a free editor for data files. It is based on the commercial version of Quadrivio General Edit Classic. General Edit Lite is a very simple version that allows you view and edit files as hexadecimal, ASCII, Unicode (Roman encoding only), 16-bit decimal integers, or 32-bit decimal integers. Files can be larger than RAM.
