FinderCleaner cleans hidden files the Finder creates. These files can be annoying in mixed OS environments or they might even cause some devices like mp3 player to not function correctly. Useful for USB sticks or mp3 players for example.

FinderCleaner cleans the following items:

.DS_Store files
Resource forks
FBC files
.Trashes

Optionally FinderCleaner ejects the volume in a clean way so no new mess is being created by the Finder.
Use at your own risk and read the readme file (important)!

First of all: Do not use this program on volumes or folders that are being used by Mac OS 9 or earlier. Classic systems need resource forks and if you delete them you might find yourself in trouble. Mac Os X and other systems don't need resource forks so you should be safe.

What's New:
Last "Variable not defined" bug fixed.
Secure password box (10.4 only)
More elegant versioncheck (automatic).
