A year ago I paid $19.95 for and downloaded a copy of Evidence Eraser. That was their full price. There are many statements on their site that it is a one-time charge, for life. However 12 months later, in October 2007, it stopped working and a message popped up that I had to pay for another year. I complained twice and finally got a reply. I was given a list of instructions on how to refresh the application after removing the old copy. These instructions did not do the job but did destroy some
