What's New:
Fixed a bug where the Notebook file icon would appear too high on the Notebook cover page.
Worked around a problem on Intel Macs with creating Aliases while servicing a Notebook open request from the Finder.
Fixed a bug where the View as File Icon/File Contents contextual menu item for file attachments did nothing.
Fixed a bug where the Page -> Encrypt Page Data command no longer had any effect.
Fixed a bug where Aliased folders and applications appeared as blank icons. Fixed a bug where Aliased files sometimes appeared without the small link arrow in the lower left corner. NoteBook is now more tolerant of invalid image files (they would previously sometimes cause a Notebook to not open properly).
Fixed a problem where NoteBook introduced in v252 where NoteBook would sometimes not print the end of a long page.
