PocketMirror Professional for Windows Mobile is the only Outlook synchronization software that does both of the following:
Synchronize multiple Outlook Contacts, Calendar, and Tasks folders with the corresponding Pocket Outlook applications on the handheld.
AND
Synchronize Outlook folders and categories on your PC with corresponding categories on your Windows Mobile handheld or smartphone.
Easy to use - The guided, step-by-step installation process is simple and lets you get started right away. Intuitive settings accessed via the Microsoft® ActiveSync® software make it fast and easy to change which Outlook folders you want to synchronize.
Synchronize any Outlook Contacts, Calendar, and Tasks folders with the Pocket PC - Using Chapura AnyFolder technology in PocketMirror Professional for Windows Mobile, there's virtually no limit to the number or type of folders you can synchronize with a Windows Mobile handheld or smartphone.
Default, or main, folders. Update and transfer information between each default folder in Outlook with Pocket Outlook on the Pocket PC
Public folders. Be prepared with the most current information stored in your company's public folders while you are away from PC.
Subfolders. Save valuable room on your Pocket PC by synchronizing only the most important of the many subfolders you use on your desktop. Choose any or all subfolders.
Business Contacts folder in Business Contact Manager (BCM). Keep contact information in BCM current with changes on your Pocket PC. And vice versa.
What ActiveSync does not do. ActiveSync does not synchronize any additional Outlook folders beyond the default folders. This limitation restricts the amount of information you can view and edit on your Pocket PC.
Organize data by Outlook folder and category on your Windows Mobile device - Chapura AnyFolder technology in PocketMirror Professional for Windows Mobile enables desktop Outlook folder and category groupings to remain in tact on the handheld.
Convenient Pocket PC folder-like categories. Desktop folders appear as folder-like categories in the category list on the handheld, denoted with asterisks to indicate which desktop folders they came from.
Outlook Contacts subfolder "Clients" on the desktop...
... appears as the category "Clients*" on the handheld.
Organize & sort by Pocket PC categories. All items in the Clients* folder on the handheld are also organized in the corresponding categories on the handheld.
An Outlook contact in the "Clients" subfolder on the desktop and stored in the categories, "Holiday Card," New Business," and "Plays Golf," appears in the folder-like category, "Clients*", and in the regular categories, "Holiday Card," "New Business," and "Plays Golf" on the handheld.
What ActiveSync does not do. ActiveSync does not organize Outlook folder contents together on your Pocket PC. ActiveSync only uses categories to organize items in Pocket Outlook on the handheld.
