Platphorma 3.1 is money management software developed by Soft Expert Ltd..
Platphorma is an integrated software who links personal financial management with other expenses like: car expenses, trips, money exchange, other personal expenses. You can save time operating one time, one transaction (like fuel entry). Once you have input this expense in Cars module, you will found it in Money module. The same things it happens with all expenses. All partners are managed by Contacts module, and they can be easy selected from Money and Cars modules.

INTEGRATED MODULES:

Money - This module manages the bank accounts and cash accounts, including transfers between them. The structure of transactions is compatible with MS Money and Quicken: Number, Memo, Category, and Subcategory. Modules "Graph", "Pie charts" and "Report" gives you a complete view about your transaction.

Cars - It manages all information about cars: the expenses with their functioning and maintenance, the covered distance. The expenses are automatically transferred to the Money Module. Report module will indicate you the medium input and cars costs divided by categories.

Schedule - here you can input the future transactions, with repeatability trend: (manages scheduled bills and deposits)

Contacts - It manages firms and partners. They can be classified in different categories (Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Friends, Agents), but also classified depending on class or main domain of activity. This includes all the data for this purpose: Address, Phone Numbers, E-mails, Web Address, and Personal Data.

Trips - It manages the expenses made during the different trips (both particulars and for affaires). This is linked automatically to the Money Module, changing every account that has been used.

Passwords - It manages passwords, Pin numbers, Accounts, Credit Cards, etc; They can be sorted in function of type, categories, purpose and partner. (can be linked with Partners Module e.g. contact person from your bank). All the information are encrypted.

Currency (exchange) - It manages the currencies and the rate change between them. It makes possible to calculate real rate including the commission of the bank. It has also a list with 160 currencies already defined.

Unit converter - It manages over 400 measurement units classified in 25 categories. It can be defined new classes and new units, and can be settled for each class the implicit units.

Notes :

1. The trial version is limited about number of inputs (allowed inputting 4 accounts, each of them with 15 transactions. The user can operate in 'Trips' and 'Vehicles' about 30 transactions);

2. The sync with MS Money and Quicken can be done only with import/export function;
