PHM Launcher 0.1 is launcher applications software developed by PHM.
It allow you to use any folder from the RAM filesystem as a Launcher folder, customize folders icons for both Launcher and File explorer, change shortcuts icons with any icon from .dll and .exe you have in your Pocket PC, create new shortcuts, specify the view for each launcher folder separately, assing itself to the standard Start button
