It is great to have control over personal finance. Imagine your bills paid in full, your savings growing to meet your future needs, and knowing where you are going with your finances. It is possible, you know. How? This most common question is already answered by thousands of financial advisers. They advice you to identify first where your money goes, and then monitor your money flow. Everyone is agreed with this advice, because it corresponds with the common sense. To be kept under control, money flow must be monitored daily and actively managed on an ongoing basis. The question is can everyone afford this "daily and actively"? The answer is obvious: it is a problem.
Perfect Balance Pocket PC is a solution for monitoring money flow. This Pocket PC finance solution can help you track your money flow better and more easily. How? With this program you can split your money flow into separate pots such as (for example) money for your holiday, money for your car, credit card account, banks accounts, and so on. Within the program these pots are called accounts. For example, if you are planning a holiday trip to Paris Hilton, you can create an account "Holiday in Paris Hilton". In this account you‘ll record your expenses (maybe income too!) related to this trip. Actually, Perfect Balance presents a snapshot of your financial situation at a moment.
Perfect Balance can really help you keep your personal finances in order. It focuses on making the registration of your transactions simple and quick. It has a highly intuitive interface, so actually you don‘t need to learn how to use it. You just use it. Entering a transaction is just a matter of a few clicks. A complete list of your accounts and their transactions is then presented in a clear and very descriptive way.
Perfect Balance lets you not only register your transactions and categorize them to different accounts, but also view different kind of statistics within a specified date range, such as Transactions reports and Accounts balances. All those statistics can also be exported in Comma Separated Values (CSV) files. The CSV Export file will be saved on your Pocket PC (in a folder of your choice: Business or Personal). The file will have the extension .csv reserved for the CSV file type. This file can then be easily exported to your Desktop PC via the ActiveSync program or "manually" via Windows Explorer. You can open a CSV file in Excel (either by double-clicking in Windows or by using File | Open in Excel) for further analysis.
