You will be able to create Purchase Orders from any of your Vendors and have this data automatically upload to QuickBooks.
Product Management:

Add Service, Inventory, and Non-Inventory Items.
Modify Service, Inventory, and Non-Inventory Item’s information.
You will have all the products that are available in QuickBooks downloaded to your Pocket PC every time you synchronize. You will also be able to modify/create Service, Inventory, and non-Inventory Items from your Pocket PC.
