Free Pascal Compiler 2.0.4 is development software developed by Yuri Sidorov.
Free Pascal is a 32 and 64 bit professional Pascal compiler. It is open source and fully supports the development of native Windows CE applications.

Requirements:

  • The 2.1.x compiler has compiler support for WinCE.
  • ARM CPU is supported.

  • Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition – WinCE version: 4.21
  • Windows Mobile 5.0 – WinCE version: 5.0
  • RTL and FCL units are working.
    This desktop program is freeware, so you can download and use it absolutely free. Free Pascal Compiler 2.0.4 supports different languages (including english). It works with Windows Mobile PocketPC.
