With AutoCare you can quickly track fuel expenses, services, business trips, calculate mileage, reminders of future maintenance etc.,
AutoCare comes with the following imperative features :-
Vehicle Profile
Helps you to maintain the individual vehicle details such as vehicle number, name, make, model, fuel, oil, dealer information etc.,
Trip Records
Business & Personal Trips for any vehicle can be planned and tracked using this feature. The accompanied Check List for each Trip Record helps you to organize things for a hassle free journey.
The Expense Tracker for every Trip Record helps you to accomplish your expense tracking for the travel including your fuel cost, travel expenses and other expenses. This can be used as a claimer record.
Calculate mileage for the entire trip & track your fuel expense effectively.
Service & Maintenance Tracking
The Service and Inspection dates can be pre-planned and entered into the Service Chart for the particular Vehicle.
You will be given a reminder on the day of Service and also on the Delivery Date.
Repairs can also be tracked with the same kind of approach where you will be given a reminder at the delivery date of your vehicle after repairing is done.
Vehicle Detail View
AutoCare comes with an unique view for Vehicle Detail (Tree Kind of View) in which all the Records of the vehicle can be accessed easily.
Latest 4 Trips, Services & Repair details are shown to keep an eye on your travel plans and vehicle condition.
Today Kind of View
When the AutoCare application is opened, a Today Kind of View comes up with a list of Trips, Services & Repair details for next 7 days.
You can also access the list of vehicles with a single tap.
Report Generator
Want to generate a report on Trips, Services and/or Repairs of a particular or all vehicle for a specified date range?
Leave the headache to our Report Generator Module, which can furnish a detailed report. The report can be exported to HTML file and can be moved to Desktop PC for future reference.
Alarm Reminder
The Alarm Reminder helps to remind you the Service/Inspection date and delivery date of your Vehicle.
