Tap Cash makes even the smallest daily purchase easy to capture in a budget or financial program on your Palm device. The faster and easier it is to enter mundane transactions, the more likely they will be entered which in turn gives you a better overall picture of your spending habits and/or financial situation.
Create up to twelve common transactions. Then with a single tap have the transaction entered into your finance/budget program of choice.
TapCash works by taking advantage of the Financial Posting Interface (FPI) which several financial and budgeting applications on the Palm OS use to communicate with each other. Some of the applications tested and supported by TapCash are:
Accounts&Loans,
BankBook,
BankBudget,
PocketMoney, and
QuikBudget.
TapCash requires one of the above FPI compatible program.
[SplashMoney and Ultrasoft Money have limited support for the FPI, but currently do not support some of the features of the Financial Posting Interface and therefore do not work with TapCash.]
Requirements:
This finance software is shareware, which means you can download and use Tap Cash 1.1.1 for free during the trial period (usually for 30 days). At the expiration of the period you will have to buy the money management product for $8.00. Tap Cash 1.1.1 is available at regnow and Catamount Software website. Tap Cash 1.1.1 supports english interface languages and works with PalmOS.
