ScrollMessage 1.3 is misc/fun software developed by Fabian Heuwieser.
Did you think that it is possible to have a chatprogram which doesn't use any kind of communication ports...: Here it is:

You just have to enter a text and click on send...then the whole text will scroll through the screen in very big letters so that other people can read it when they are 40m-50m away.

There are many occations where such a program is very usefull.
