Daily View

View all of today's events on your screen.
View appointments and tasks together on one screen
See the alarm, private, note, recurring, and category icons for all appointments in the daily view
Color each appointment's subject text to identify item status or item category easily
Include the optional timeline bar in the top or bottom section of the Daily view for a quick overview of today's agenda
Filter the display according to categories, one or more at a time
Use a special conflict icon to highlight conflicting appointments on your daily agenda
Scroll between days using the joy-pad left-right direction buttons

List View

View seven days worth of agenda on one screen, starting from the beginning of the week or from the current day
Display both appointments and tasks at once for the next seven days
View seven days ahead in a display with maximum details, icons and status/category colors
Include optional leading rectangles colored according to each appointment's status or category color
Optionally color appointment's text color according to its category color or status color
View mini-timelines and appointments counter in each day title for a quick overview of your day's activities
Scroll backward and forward by weeks by moving the joystick left and right, and scroll up and down to move between days

Grid View

Offers seven days packed onto one screen for a quick overview
Include the optional leading rectangles, colored according to each appointment's status or category color
Set appointments text color according to category color or status color.
Set the Grid view to start from the first day of the week or from the current day
Include optional timelines bar at the top or bottom section of the Grid view to view an agenda overview of the selected day

Monthly View

A 20-hour timeline with category colors shows your appointments for each day of the month
View mini-timelines and category icons on each day's rectangle
Choose to show a quick preview pane at the bottom of the screen to see the selected day's activities
Use the Quick Preview pane's events counter and new, larger, detailed timeline bar for any selected day
Click on any day to switch to the Daily View for that day
Include optional week numbers on the side of the monthly view
Set the option for the monthly view to scroll by weeks or by months

Tasks View

Use greatly enhanced Tasks view to see much more detail than the default Tasks application offers
View status icons, category icons and priority icons for each task in the list
Group tasks by category, completion and priority
Sort tasks by due date, start date, priority, completion and subject. Define two sub-sort levels for the Tasks view list
Filter tasks view by task status: all, only overdue, active, completed, progress limited, or undated tasks
Include the optional bottom preview pane to view more details for each selected task when scrolling


Papyrus comes with full Windows Mobile 5 support
Papyrus works on phone devices using high resolution (QVGA) screens and comes with special resources for QVGA devices

  • Insert contacts information into your appointment and task fields with the special contact picker
  • Duplicate items easily on the Daily, List and Tasks views using a special context menu option
  • Use Papyrus\' compact New and Edit item dialogs to create new items and view all information on one screen without having to scroll
    What's new in this release:
  • Problem with all-day events considered as passed appointments when enabling the passed-appointments feature on the Daily view fixed.
