SalesMan was developed to allow users to enter and track sales information on their handheld and share that data with their Desktop PC. The desktop program can export your sales database to a CSV file compatible with MS Excel or other popular spreadsheet programs. It can also create/edit sales, products, and location databases for import to the handheld.

Automatically calculate the revenue due from each sale based on product cost and fees associated with each sales location.
Mark each sale as complete when payment is received, which allows you to track which payments are pending.
Fully sort the sales based on sales date range (start date and end date), product name, sales location, sale status (cleared or not), or certain combinations of these.
Find total sales reported for a given timeframe or based on the previous sort options.
Reconcile a group of sales at a time based on the above sort options.
Archive support to remove sales that have been completed, but still keeping the data close to hand. Archive data is stored separately to keep the sales database small, and totals from the archive are reported in the sales register for accurate reports of total sales.
Memory Card support on the handheld to store the Archive Data and for backup of the primary SalesMan databases.
Import new sales from a CSV file on the desktop to a Palm Database compatible with SalesMan.
Import a single sale from a CSV file saved on your memory card directly to the Palm version.
